What makes this a real gym?  First off, there's no A/C.  If you didn't come to sweat, then go home.  It's cool in the winter and hot in the summer.  You wanna get in shape?  You're gonna have to sweat. We'll be there.

We're not here to sell you anything.  We're
here to train YOU and get YOU in shape... period.

Nothing fancy, just boxing.  At Lord's Gym,
you won't find motivational posters, a fancy trim and paint job, or gym equipment that looks like it came out of a sci-fi movie.  You
get a boxing gym with a locker room and a good workout...no frills.
